Defect upon receipt
If the merchandise proves to be faulty immediately upon receipt, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible. If we are able to reproduce the defect, we will offer you an appropriate solution.
In case the parcel arrived damaged by the shipping carrier, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt.
Defect after receipt
IndeShop conforms to the warranty conditions of each supplier. On the product page or the website of the supplier you can find the warranty period and conditions of each product.
Please contact our customer service with a picture of the damaged item or part. If the warranty claim is granted, we will ask you to send the product back to us, after which it will be repaired or replaced.
If the defect appears within 90 days after purchase, we will pay the return costs and the costs to send you the repaired product or replacement. If the defect occurs after 90 days after purchase, you will have to return the product to us on your own expense.
